OWNING OUR SOCIAL RESPONSABILITIES

At TUDOR, sustainability forms part of our global vision of our responsibilities. Reducing our negative impact and enhancing our positive contribution means taking action across all our activities, beyond the production of our watches. This covers the environmental impact of our operations, our societal commitments, our teams' involvement, and the way we conduct our business and work with our partners. This demanding approach is based on concrete, consistent and progressive measures taken at all levels of the organisation.

Our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, which we made in 2023, has been a key starting point for our strategy and has involved every department within the company. Today, it goes much further, aiming to cover all the impacts associated with our activities.

First, a target backed by science

In order to tackle climate change effectively, we have made a significant commitment: to get our emissions reduction targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This independent international body ensures that our course of action is in line with scientific recommendations to limit global warming to 2°C (ideally 1.5°C). We have therefore set specific targets across our entire carbon footprint:

• Direct emissions associated with our sites and equipment (Scope 1),
• Indirect emissions associated with electricity generation (Scope 2),
• And indirect emissions, particularly those associated with the procurement of materials, transport and distribution – the vast majority of our carbon footprint stems from these indirect emissions (Scope 3).

Key figures: in 2024, our climate roadmap was officially approved by the SBTi, with targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% and Scope 3 emissions by 25% by 2030 compared to 2021.

A realisation: that gold is central to our impact

Initial analyses have revealed that the majority of our carbon emissions are linked to the extraction and processing of gold, a material widely used in the watchmaking industry. This realisation was a turning point, enabling us to focus our efforts where our responsibility is greatest and our potential impact is strongest.

Key figures: prior to 2024, we mainly used bank gold. However, the associated traceability challenges led us to adopt a cautious approach, calculating its carbon footprint as if it were gold extracted from industrial mines, which has the highest environmental impact on the market.

A roadmap to reduce our footprint

We have drawn up a climate roadmap setting out our priorities, action points and timetable. It covers our entire value chain – from production to distribution, procurement, energy and business travel. This is a concrete, interdepartmental plan across all TUDOR's operations, designed to guide our complete overhall in the short, medium and long term.

Key figures: our climate roadmap, launched in 2024, is based on four key areas: Product, Energy, Transport, Non-product, and aims to reduce carbon emissions by 42% for Scopes 1 and 2 and 25% for Scope 3 by 2030, compared to the baseline year of 2021.

Fostering a culture of sustainability and empowering teams to take more effective action

We firmly believe that the transition to more sustainable practices depends on knowledge and collective action. That's why all our staff members have taken part in the Climate Fresk and MyCO2 workshops. These awareness-raising initiatives have boosted understanding of environmental issues, both in terms of the company and society as a whole, and of each individual. In addition to these workshops, tailored training programmes have been rolled out to support the transformation of all business areas, particularly in terms of ethical procurement, eco-design and the integration of sustainability criteria into our operational activities from 2024 onwards. Furthermore, we are helping to deliver a group-wide interdepartmental training programme designed to boost skills relating to the key sustainability issues facing the company and ensure that they are addressed across all areas of the business. Launched in 2025, these programmes are being rolled out incrementally and will continue in 2026 and 2027, with an ongoing commitment to developing them over time. These initiatives are helping to foster a shared culture that is better informed, more responsible and more engaged.

Key figures: over 85% of TUDOR and Kenissi staff received training between 2023 and 2025.

Climate roadmap

First steps towards more responsible events practices

We are moving our sponsorship and event organisation practices towards more ethical models. This involves assessing their environmental and social impacts, identifying avenues for improvement, and working with partners and organisers to drive long-term progress. Initial work began in 2025, notably ahead of the Giro d'Italia – of which TUDOR is a sponsor – and Watches & Wonders, the leading international watch fair where the brand exhibits. We continue to work on the further development of this initiative. This approach is part of our commitment to taking consistent action across all our activities and enhancing the positive impact of our outreach initiatives.

Promoting ethical business practices

We have structured our approach around reference frameworks that guide our practices and those of our partners: a Code of Conduct (2024), a Sustainable Development Charter (2023) and a Sustainable Procurement Policy (2025). These documents set out the ethical, social and environmental expectations for our activities and business relationships, and provide a common framework for rolling out our commitments consistently across the entire value chain.
