The Black Bay line was conceived with the past in mind. Honouring the important designs that laid the foundations of TUDOR’s unique aesthetic is of the highest importance. While the Black Bay line has always incorporated signature elements of past TUDOR divers’ watches, the Black Bay 54 is perhaps the most true-to-form Black Bay to have been created thus far. The Black Bay 54 still features thoroughly modern touches, like a subtle satin radial-brushed dial and a "T-fit" clasp for the perfect fit. And of course, the cutting-edge Manufacture Calibre MT5400.

TUDOR BLUE
The watch pays tribute to TUDOR’s heritage with the return of "TUDOR blue", a distinctive sapphire hue showcased on a sunray-brushed dial and matching blue bezel. The seconds hand completes the vintage-inspired look with its classic lollipop design. The "Snowflake" hands is a hallmark of TUDOR divers’ watches introduced in 1969. The hour markers and hands feature Grade A Swiss Super-LumiNova® luminescent material.

How to set your watch

Winding crown
The winding crown is used to set the time and to wind the watch if it has not been worn. The winding crown is screwed down onto the case to ensure water resistance. It must be fully tightened after each manipulation.
Seconds hand
The hand indicating seconds.
Hour and minute hands
The hand on the watch indicating the time.
Bezel
The unidirectional rotatable bezel allows precise measurement of dive times. For safety, the bezel rotates in one direction only. It is deliberately harder to turn when the zero marker (triangle) is in the 12 o'clock position to avoid inadvertent rotation.
