Sustainability
OUR COMMITMENT

We are aware of the scale of the environmental and social challenges facing our industry, and we are ready. We are ready to create watches with a full awareness of our impact, and to take responsibility for the pertinent issues to our business. Since 2023, we have been actively working on these issues, and are proud of the progress we have made, while aware that we still have a long way to go.

At TUDOR, we are committed to making progress on all the sustainability issues facing our industry. With our collective awareness, we are fortunate today to be able to count on a dedicated team to support us in structuring and managing our sustainable and responsible approach. We are also pleased to see that our employees are now committed on a daily basis to integrating sustainability issues into their own activities and participating, in their respective departments, in the development of business roadmaps.
While we have made significant progress toward more responsible operations, we acknowledge this is just the beginning. Sustainability is now embedded in our organization at strategic, operational, and human levels. It is up to us to create the conditions necessary for even more rapid advancement in these areas, transforming them into a powerful lever of performance and success for the brand.

2024: STRUCTURING AND UPSKILLING

We have initiated an integrated approach to strengthen our responsibility in the supply chain and affirm our commitment to climate and social issues. This approach encompasses the different pillars of our business:

Our Watches

Responsible supply chain.
Supply chain mapping:
Our purchasing department is committed to mapping our supply chain and deepening our understanding of the environmental, social, and governance risks associated with our suppliers. The program starts with the watch components.

The Planet

Respect for the environment.
Validation of the “Climate” roadmap:
Identification of the critical points of our carbon footprint and implementation of a reduction strategy. Objective: 25% reduction by 2030 on scopes 1, 2 and 3 to reach the reduction threshold defined by the SBTI (Science Based Targets Initiative) to which we are a signatory. All TUDOR departments are engaged.

The People

Responsible employer.
Mandatory awareness-raising workshops and training to encourage a proactive approach to sustainability at all levels of the organization:
• D&I seminar targeted at the company's Executive Committee.
• "Gold" Masterclass for the Executive Committee to raise awareness challenges of this material, which has a significant impact on the company's carbon footprint.
• Mandatory "Climate Fresk" and "MyCO2" workshops to raise awareness of climate issues among all employees.
• "Sustainability focus" e-learning course.
• Face-to-face training on Life Cycle Assessment and Eco-design.
Governance and business ethics.
• Materiality analysis in collaboration with stakeholders to identify key issues and align our actions with expectations.
