TUDOR revisits the feminine Clair de Rose line in a refined and timeless manner.
Introduced at Baselworld 2017, these new models are available exclusively in steel with mechanical movements and come in three sizes and six designs.
BLUE SPINEL CABOCHONWINDING CROWN
The Clair de Rose line has been re-imagined for 2017.
In a classic, refined and timeless spirit, it uses the brand’s historic aesthetic codes without straying from the gentle curves of its middle case and its striking winding crown, which on this model is set with a blue spinel cabochon. Available in three sizes, 26, 30 and 34 millimetres in diameter, it presents silvered dials with delicate decorations in relief, punctuated with blue lacquered Roman numerals or diamonds. Clair de Rose is fitted with self-winding movements complete with date function and is available exclusively in steel.
A STEEL BRACELET, A LEATHER STRAPOR A WOVEN FABRIC STRAP
Every size in the line comes with a choice of three bracelets: steel with small “rice grain” links for unrivalled suppleness and shine, black alligator leather for timeless elegance, or fabric with the Clair de Rose line’s signature curl for an artistic touch. This bracelet, produced using the traditional Jacquard technique by a 150-year-old family firm from the region of St-Etienne in France, is uniquely comfortable and filled with character.
THE SPIRITOF CLAIR DE ROSE
This feminine watch has a long history at TUDOR and presents a style that is at the same time delicate and bold.
The new Clair de Rose draws freely from this heritage, making aesthetic reference to lines with evocative names such as Princess, Glamour and Miss TUDOR. It was from the latter collection that one of the most recognisable Clair de Rose elements was taken: the winding crown adorned with a precious spinel cabochon.
