TUDOR Black Bay 32
- 32 mm steel case
- Steel bracelet
The Black Bay 32 combines the technical sophistication of a tool-watch in a smaller, refined model for women. Elegant and functional, the Black Bay 32 is available with the choice of a black or blue laquered dial and a new version with a champagne-coloured dial. TUDOR is expanding the offering of the Black Bay 32 model, now available in a S&G version with a new and exclusive five-link yellow gold and steel bracelet.
The Essence of Black Bay
The Black Bay line is the result of the subtle blend of traditional aesthetics and contemporary watchmaking. Far from simply being an identical re-release of a classic, each watch brings together over 60 years of TUDOR divers' watchmaking heritage while being resolutely anchored in the present.
A tool watch for women
Waterproof to 150 metres (500 ft), the Black Bay 32 features a self-winding mechanical movement and a steel case with alternate polished and satin finish.
The dial of the Black Bay 32 comes in either a black and a new blue version. Meticulously lacquered for a touch of elegance, the blue dial captures the light in a spectrum of vivid electric blue to a navy so deep it is almost black. These shades offer outstanding contrast and clarity, while luminescent hour markers help ensure legibility in all conditions.
A steel bracelet,
beige leather strap,
or a fabric strap
The Black Bay 32 comes with a choice of a steel bracelet, a leather strap with a folding clasp, or a black fabric strap. Made using the Jacquard technique, a traditional method achieved by a hundred-year-old family business from the St-Etienne region of France, the fabric strap is one of TUDOR’s signature features.
Snowflake hands and a flat laquered dial
Like other models in the Black Bay line, the Black Bay 32 features a dial inspired by the TUDOR divers’ watches of the 1950s. It adopts the characteristic angular hands known to collectors as snowflake, that appeared in the brand’s 1969 catalogue. Finally, the large winding crown, characteristic of the first generation of TUDOR divers' watches, is also presented in this new model.
